Lucy had been lost in the depths of Miranda's room for a little while, but the other day we dug her out and the first thing Miranda did was sit her down and read her a story. She is such a good friend.

Miranda has also spent a lot of time coloring and playing with Play-Doh lately. I am amazed at her attention span, especially with coloring. (Actually, she would probably play with Play-Doh longer, but my attention span is somewhat lacking and I don't trust her with it alone just yet.) Sometimes she will color for 20-30 minutes in her chair in deep concentration. I'm hoping this continues, because it could really come in handy when baby brother arrives.
